1. Nature of the Service
PPL is a decision-support platform designed to assist companies in structuring hiring briefs, sourcing candidates, filtering applications, and identifying potential role fit.
PPL:
- Provides structured analysis based on role requirements and candidate-provided information.
- Uses automated systems to assist in pre-selection and assessment.
- Generates compatibility reports and structured recommendations.
PPL does not:
- Make hiring decisions.
- Act as an employer, recruitment agency, or placement firm.
- Guarantee candidate suitability.
- Replace human judgment.
- Charge users and clients for the services provided.
All hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the hiring company.
2. No Discrimination Policy
PPL is designed to evaluate candidates based solely on role-relevant criteria defined within the hiring brief.
The platform does not intentionally process or evaluate candidates based on:
- Race or ethnicity
- Color
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Religion
- Age
- Disability
- Marital status
- National origin
- Any other legally protected characteristic
PPL's systems are structured to focus on skills, contextual suitability, and role-specific requirements.
Users of the platform are solely responsible for ensuring that their hiring practices comply with applicable laws.
3. User Responsibilities (Hiring Companies)
Hiring companies agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and role requirements.
- Use the platform in good faith.
- Make final hiring decisions independently.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws in their jurisdiction.
- Not use the platform to discriminate unlawfully.
PPL provides analytical assistance only.
4. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree that:
- Information submitted is accurate and truthful.
- Assessments reflect their own responses.
- They understand that PPL provides analysis to hiring companies but does not guarantee interviews or employment.
5. Data Usage
PPL processes candidate and company data solely to:
- Generate hiring briefs
- Analyze applications
- Provide compatibility scoring
- Deliver reports to the hiring company
Data is not sold.
Data is not used for unrelated commercial purposes.
Data is processed only as necessary to deliver the service.
6. Automated Processing Disclosure
PPL uses automated systems to assist in evaluating candidate fit.
These systems:
- Operate based on structured role requirements.
- Generate compatibility outputs.
- Do not make final hiring decisions.
Human oversight remains with the hiring organization.
7. Limitation of Liability
PPL is not liable for:
- Hiring decisions made by companies.
- Business outcomes resulting from hiring decisions.
- Candidate performance post-hire.
- Inauthentic and/or dishonest replies by candidates during assessment.
