About the Role

We’re hiring a Quality and Safety Executive to support and strengthen our safety and quality compliance activities across operations in Riyadh and Dammam. This role focuses on maintaining audit-ready SMS/QMS practices, running inspections against an approved plan, managing findings through verified closure, and producing clear reporting for management and external authorities. It’s a role for someone who can balance day-to-day monitoring with practical system improvement, while staying aligned with non-negotiable regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced knowledge of GACA regulations and applicable aviation safety/quality standards
• 2–3+ years of experience in safety, quality, or compliance roles within aviation or other regulated environments
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS) aligned to GACA requirements
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned to GACA requirements
• Ability to conduct internal inspections and compliance monitoring against an approved inspection plan
• Ability to manage safety reports, non-conformities, and quality findings through closure
• Investigation support capability, including root cause analysis and CAPA coordination
• Ability to prepare safety/quality performance reports, statistics, and summaries for management and authorities
• Working knowledge of EHS policy/procedure implementation in an operational environment
• Ability to support business continuity and emergency response planning (development, maintenance, and drills/readiness)
